Success is never giving up. No matter what life throws at you or where you are in the world, you are what you make of yourself. Art for me is a way of discovering who I really am. Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered how people see you? Or thought of yourself differently than the reflection that appears in the mirror? Well my art is a way of expressing the way that I see other people, things and myself.

Personal Note: I grew up in Riverside California USA, playing water polo and enjoying my time with my huge family. At the age of 17 I received the wonderful opportunity to play water polo and study at the University of Hawai?i at Manoa. I always enjoyed drawing and painting as a counter-part to my active life in sports. I decided to go against everyone?s wishes (Because of lack of money in the area) and major in Fine Arts. I wanted to discover more so I traveled to Italy and went to the overwhelming art museums in Europe. After my travels to Italy I made the last minute decision to move to Brazil and study. Although I moved all over the world and have seen so many things, my family and places from my childhood and hometown always appear in my works. My fascination with water should be apparent, given the fact that I have always been active in water sports. Look through these paintings and you can experience a little bit of me through my eyes and experiences.
